Powerpoint Presentation

Does any one know how to download a YouTube video and insert it in a powerpoint presentation? I have PowerPoint 2007 and Windows Media Player… Please help! I really need to do this for a school assignment.

I need to embed a video from Youtube as an example in a powerpoint presentation. I need to know how to save the video onto my computer and then place it onto the slide, if possible. Thanks!
