Powerpoint Presentation

I am new to WordPress and need to add a powerpoint presentation to the blog. I have no clue how to do this. Is there anyone who can explain it to me? In fact, I know very little at all about WordPress. So I would be thankful for precise and succinct instructions. Thank you very much
