I’m aware that most teachers use this method for backgrounds since it’s simple. It’s hard to describe what it truly is, it’s just like a background already created for you, not a color fill in, like a picture, perhaps a sky view, is there any keys for me to press? Please respond, thank you! Also it’s not my picture it’s one already created for you.

A web search will turn up thousands of other free templates.
You click insert; picture; sample pictures; chose one; size it out so the it’s as big as possible (which is covering the whole paper) and then ur done. Ur welcome.
