When I click on a powerpoint file that is online for my college course, it asks me if I want to open it. I click yes and nothing happens. I try saving it to my computer then opening it but then it says that it can’t open it. It says my antivirus may be blocking it but I tried turning it off and it still did not open. Can anyone help?

If you using Quick Heal Total Security then look at the bottom right corner of the screen (Beside the windows clock), there should be a green icon. Right click on it and select ‘Disable’. The color of the icon should be changed to red. Now you can save your file. But be careful, there may be virus within that file, so do it at your own risk.
