Hi All!

Question: I’m working on an animatic for a storyboarding class and need to add music to my Powerpoint presentation. If I have a music file (mp3 or wav) saved to my computer and insert it in my presentation (by following the correct steps of course)—when someone else opens it from their computer will the music still play? I’ve had problems in the past with the music playing fine on my computer, but when someone else opens the saved file on their computer it won’t play. Any suggestions or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks for your help in advance!! icon smile Adding Music to Powerpoint Presentation?

The most common problem is that you don’t copy the music with the presentation. If you add a file stored in "my music", then you need to copy the file with the presentation. From Office 97 and on, there is a wizard to pack files needed to carry the presentation on a cd, this might help.
