I want to email my Powerpoint presentation to someone, but whenever I do it appears as I see it – with the sidebars and all the little windows; NOT as a full-screen window, which is how it should be presented. Does anyone know how to send it where it’ll be viewed as full-screen?
You can ‘save as’ a web page.
Dear,
You just need to save this presentation as slide show. it will appears when you save this file, just change the option save as type from .ppt (presentation) to .pps (show). it will display as power point slide show in full screen.
Thanks
AAR
If the first answer doesn’t work.. Make a google docs account: http://docs.google.com
And you can email the file from there. When they receive it, they will be able to click the fullscreen button and view it=)
I agree with AAR.
Please note: You will NOT want to use this option if editing or printing is required. This is for viewing and presentation purposes only.
Hope this was helpful.

Save your powerpoint file as PowerPointShow.
File > Save as:PowerPointShow.
Two methods for you:
1. Save presentation as .PPS which will display as power point slide show in full screen.
2. email the presenation in the format of video
You can convert your powerpoin into video, and then email the video to your friends. here is the tutorial: http://www.ppt-to-dvd.com/learningcenter/e-mail-a-presentation-with-video-format-easily.html#176
