There are two possibilities that I can think of that are causing your problem. First, the unwanted clip art is actually sitting behind the wanted clip art, and you are using some sort of entry animation for the wanted clip art. Thus, the unwanted appears initially, then the wanted enters over the top. The solution is to move the wanted clip art to the side to see the one hidden underneith. Then delete that clip art and replace the wanted clip art where you want it.
The second possibility (less likely) is that the unwanted clip art is on the slide master. But if it is, it would be showing up on every slide. To fix this, you would need to go to View -> Slide Master and delete the clip art from the slide master.
im not really sure of whats happening but try to go to the slide and look for that picture in it and click on it then delete it or try to mess with the fading thing. sorry i just dont exactly know your problem and i’m not expert in powerpoint

right-click on the picture you intend to show first and choose Order and then choose bring to front.
If this doesn’t fix your issue, make sure that the intended picture shows first in the animation timeline.
