This is an excellent book describing how to use PowerPoint. There are far more illustrations than you’d ever expect, but they help immensely in getting their message across.
The pages and illustrations are in full color. They even color code the chapters for easy reference.
It has step-by-step, clear instructions with illustrations of what appears on your computer. On the side of each page, it has helpful tips that apply to the topic it’s discussing. These tips are helpful to be more effective in your use of the software. Examples of the tips are “precautions to follow” or tips to “speed” up your work.
I picked this book up at the library and decided to buy it as it’s the kind of reference tool I want on my home library shelf even after I’ve learned the PowerPoint software program. Whether you want to learn the program or have a good reference resource, I’d recommend this book.
