Easy! Just mute the speaker symbol and play your own soundtrack. Usually most presentations are read only, and cannot be changed except on the systems they were made, but it does not stop you turning the sound off, and playing your own. You can also try saving the presenation under a different file name and see if this alows you to then edit it. If it does, go to the top menu and choose audio/sound tab and change items as you like.

    • Select the sound icon , and then press DELETE.
Repeat for each slide you want to delete the narration or sound from.
    Tips
    • If you want to run the slide show without its narration but you don’t want to delete it, click Set Up Show on the Slide Show menu, and then select the Show without narration check box.
    • To delete slide transition timing settings, select the slide you want, click Slide Transition on the Slide Show menu, and then under Advance slide, clear the Automatically after check box.

    Hi,

    Michael has the right answer.

To piggy back on his comments – sometimes the sound icon is not visible because it is located off the visible field or is behind other objects (pictures, etc). You might have to move some things around to find the sound icons.
