    I use a program called Internet Download Manager and it lets me download from Utube. It is not a free program, but it does have a 15 day trial so you could use it to get the video you need.

    This website lets you download and convert youtube videos:

    Then, just import the movie into Powerpoint.

  • mlcmonkey:

    down load this:

    then once you install and get the video to your hard drive insert the video into your presentation…and make sure the video is located in the same folder as your powerpoint presentation…

    good luck….

  • B. Love:

    Just follow these steps, and you’ll be able to show all your good videos on powerpoint presentation. Just 3 simple steps, and you can present your powerpoint with videos without online at all:

    1- download the youtube video with “zillatube”. Get the program from. This program helps to download and convert those videos the fastest way possible for your powerpoint. Other methods are slow.

    2- using zillatube, convert it into mpg video format.

    3- final step, a simple step, just insert movie file(using the file menu above the powerpoint program) the mpg video into power point.

    (Note: make sure the mpg video is placed in the same folder with your powerpoint file, then you can bring the folder to any computer and view it)

    all the best to your presentation.

    Hi u just use E.m. Youtube video downloa tool.
    It works perfect and easy to use.

    1 Download high quality video(like mp4, mov);
    2 Download flv video fastly and easily from any Flash video sites(like you tube, dailymotion,…);

    3.then convert the video to wmv or avi format that can be imported to powerpoint.

  • IKE:

    TO DOWNLOAD FROM YOUTUBE:

    This will download youtubes without even installing a program VERY easy.
    Once the youtube is downloadd (it takes about 3 minutes), then it will offer to convert the movie from .flv( which it downloads it as), to another format.
    ***(.I highly recommend .avi if at all possible (NOT .mpg..THAT wont play on a dvd player, and it isnt burnable easy)
    ——>(((however, does powerpoint REQUIRE .mpg format?..check that first)))

    ****if for some reason it CANT convert it, you can download “NCH Tools prism video converter” for free, here…
    ((If you do get that and cant get it to convert for you , email me, I’ll walk you through it..it’s not hard, but you need to know what to click))

    If all that seems too hard, or isnt working, try what B.Love said – above me. It’s not a free program, but it MAY give you a 14 day trial period to use it.

    I don’t know how to add it to powerpoint though.

    &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

    But if you decide you want to add a picture (stop the film and print one frame of it as a picture)…
    -pause the movie on the frame you want
    -press “Prt Scr”(Print Screen) ..it’s in the upper right on your keyboard
    -find your “paint” program and open it (every computer has paint..mine is located start->all programs->accesories->paint)
    -click edit, and then paste
    -click file, and then save as (and it will save it as a jpeg, to your pictures folder)
    -go to your pictures folder, click on the picture to bring it up…and click “fix”, then “crop” (now you can crop it to whatever size you need, cutting away any uneeded parts (((printing the screen like this will print EVERYTHING on your screen, so you will need to crop)
    -voila! all done..you made a still picture from pausing a movie

    **if you cant pause a movie, then just press “Print Screen” as it goes by the frame you want(while it’s in motion). It’ll capture it.

    This is how I made my picture of Ike, from a South Park episode.
    (It’s also how you can make a picture FROM a power point presentation.)
