I’m using pictures in it, but if I make the pics small resolution for the powerpoint file to be smaller then the pics is not perfect (pixellete). So how to make the file size (presentation) be small but the pics is still in the good shape.

Change the picture extension, i.e. from JPEG to GIF.
Open it from a picture viewer program, and select save as to save it in different extension.
First change the Jpeg file to Gif and then send it to a zip folder.
That’s the most you can practically do!
