You can’t download, but you can record. I use Camtasia Studio for Powerpoint, to capture anything on the screen. Usefull in creating computer tutorials for the less savy, and capturing regions of your screen into an AVI file like YouTube.
I used this to capture wallstreet stock scandal YouTube video for a college course I was attending and it worked great.

Very easy!
1. download YouTube with TubeHunter Ultra. So all downloaded youtube videos are in MPEG format
2. start PPT and select “insert->video and audio->from file”, then locate that MPEG video file to insert to PPT project
