You need “kiosk mode”.

You can loop the powerpoint so that it keeps on repeating over and over. You can also time each slide.
PowerPoint XP/2003: Slide Show pulldown menu –> Set Up Show
PowerPoint 2007: Slide Show tab –> Set Up Slide Show
both: Under Show Options, click on Loop Continuously Until Esc.
and it will go over and over until you hit the escape button.
