Well, the only way I can think of is to(if you don’t have one yet, download something like Fraps, but trial version is only 30 sec videos, but you can put a couple of 30 sec videos together using Windows Movie Maker or something similar if you want) use a screen recorder, and put the powerpoint up, hit record and record it and save it after everything is done, and upload it!

I think you don’t know the fact that YouTube only take Video formats such as AVI、FLV、MP4. And the MP4 video format is the best, so if you want to show your PowerPoint presentation on YouTube, you need convert your PowerPoint presentation to Video format. There are many software can help you finish the process.
