Yes, you can! Just follow the steps below:

    1. Open ur PowerPoint which u want to insert youtube file.
    2. Click “insert”>> “Movies and Sounds”>> “Movie from file”.
    3. Double click the video clip file u want to insert to ppt file.

Then basically, the video clip has been insert to ur PPT. However, for detail info about how to insert video file into PowerPoint and how to make it automatically played, visit

But please note the source video clip and the ppt file have to be saved in the same folder.

And if you want the handled ppt file can be played on others computer, you have to copy the ppt file together with the source video clip file to others’ computer and keep them in the same folder, then it can be played.

However, I have an idea for you!
You can use some ppt to dvd burner to convert the handled ppt file to dvd or video file, then transferred to others machine for playing. It’s really very convenient!

As to ppt to dvd burner, I know Moyea ppt to dvd burner can both generate dvd file and video file in any formats, which would surely meet your demands.

YOU can visit for more info or download a demo to try!

    Hope it can help you!

    Hi,

This question gets asked almost every day, so there’s a nice explanation on this web page:
Sounds/Movies don’t play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a presentation
