a place to project on, computer with powerpoint, projector, vga cable, and a power source (for the computer and projector… wouldnt want to run out of batteries in a laptop). also be sure that if you did the presentation in a different version of powerpoint than the one you will be using, make sure to save it in the right format. like if you are using powerpoint 07, do not save it in 07 if you are going to present it in powerpoint 97-03. it WILL NOT work. also, dont forget to rehearse! good luck!
Your going to need a projector obviously! If you are bringing your presentation on your computer than you need that but if your not then you’ll need to put your presentation on a flash drive or burn it to a CD and then the place where you are doing your presentation will need a computer. If this is true than you need to make sure that they have powerpoint installed on their computer and that it is the same or close to the same version that you build yours on. You will also need a video cable or a VGA cable. If you have sound than you will need speakers either hooked up to your computer or to this place’s computer system. If you are bringing your own computer that you need to make sure you have a power-supply. That should be it! I highly recomend that you call the person in charge of the place where your going and check up on all this! Good Luck on your presentation!
You can download PowerPoint viewer, it is a free software for you to view PowerPoint presentation. But you aslo need install it on computer.
If the place where you will show your presentation has installed the Flash player, you can convert your PowerPoint presentation to Flash and then play the Flash via the Flash player.
There are a lot of third party tools you can use such as PPT2Flash Standard,
These tools can convert you presentation to Flash as its original appearance.
