this video is a good example of becoming something new nowadays without actually saying anything new. no groundbreaking statements, nothing actually remarkabley new! come on, the teens like clubs and technology? somewhere to belong to? as I was litte, we also loved clubs and technoilogy. trends were always just a moment. this is just another HYPE. anyway, the middle aged men know how to sell those kids their “new thing”, twitter and facebook. honey, you are trapped.
To all you haters out there, Tavi happens to be incredibly intelligent and genuine. I love how she seizes things up and analyzes. She’s educated and informed but also has her own opinion on things. It’s very refreshing to see a teen girl who can embody so much in today’s world, and she does bring up a good point about how trends don’t last long these days. Her presentation was very thoughtful and this makes me want to read her blog.
@brendabunbury90 People glorify other people. It’s what our society does. Does it scare you that celebrities are consulted for their opinions on everything from diets to politics, too? Or just that Tavi, specifically, has been glorified?
She has such great diction. She’s like 4 years younger than me, but after reading her blog and listening to her speak, I want to be in the same league as her. Not glorifying, just in awe at how young and accomplished she is!
She’s really skilled at making connections between things.
I’m proud of her. She has made such a name for herself.
@InquisitiveHedgehog ah so true
@Hauteup you should watch the Daria episode where Val come to town, google it! Edgy WAS coined by corporation. I LOVE TAVI

Thumbs up if you find her precocious and annoying.

So what years do you have to be born to be in generation Y or Z?
she sounds like such a teen here with all the “likes” and “umms.” sounds like a student doing a school presentation; it’s kind of refreshing actually.
I think she’s very cute
